Warehouse Associate

**Now Hiring Warehouse Laborers!**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect and prepare reels, boxes, pallets for production operations.
+ Perform sanitation on equipment, infrastructure, production area, and other assigned areas.
+ Record and maintain accurate written and electronic information.
+ Understand and follow safety, GMP, food safety, and other rules or policies.
+ Inspect infrastructure and equipment and notify management when maintenance is required.
+ Move/Transport product and materials by hand, cart, or lift as needed for various departments.
+ Conduct positive interactions with other departments.
+ Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
+ Open bales, crates, and other containers.
+ Box, wrap and pack product in accordance with procedures and standards.
+ Record all damaged items received.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
+ Stack finished goods on pallets and use machines to wrap finished pallets.
+ Perform required inspections of finished product.
+ Complete employee and vendor/supplier interactions with respect and integrity.
+ Daily usage of ERP system to move product/materials.
+ Train other employees based on acquired knowledge.
+ Support and follow company values.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Warehouse experience
+ Packaging skills
+ Loading and unloading experience
+ Production and labor skills
+ Forklift operation
+ Machine operation
+ Manufacturing experience
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift certification preferred, or 6+ months experience
+ Previous inventory, data entry, and computer skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
