Job Description:

Location: Waterbury, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Material Handler for a local manufacturing company within Waterbury, CT.

We are looking for someone in our shipping department. The position is kind of a cross between warehouse associate/material handler. The person will be primarily in shipping but may fill in if needed in other departments as a material handler. We want someone with good longevity and some material handling experience.

Responsibilities:

– Pick orders in the warehouse, pack parts for customer orders, be a critical part of the shipping operation.
– Move materials around the warehouse and to and from our various production departments.
– Use handheld computers to move material around the facility in our ERP software.
– Move materials to and from production machines, working with raw materials, components and finished parts.
– Keeping the area clean, which can include sweeping.

Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday

Pay rate: $16.25- $16.50 per hour
