**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in the selection of orders by hand, without the use of forklifts. You will be working in a freezer environment kept around 0°F. We encourage regular breaks, including additional breaks on either side of lunch to ensure you stay comfortable. **Responsibilities** + Read pick sheets to locate products. + Move products from palletized locations to assigned carts. + Maintain inventory records using paper and pen, with plans to transition to RF scanners by January. + Lift items frequently weighing around 25lbs, with a maximum of 50lbs on rare occasions. **Essential Skills** + Order Selecting + Inventory Control + Material Handling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor tasks + Knowledge of using a pallet jack + Forklift operation (training provided post-hire) **Why Work Here?** Experience a family-style atmosphere where everyone knows each other and you are more than just a number.
