**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Aerotek is immediately hiring a (3rd shift) Forklift Operator** for a manufacturing facility in the Swedesboro, NJ area. We are seeking candidates who have at least 1 year experience operating a **Sit Down Forklift & Stand up Forklifts** If you are interested, please submit your application and all quailed candidates will be contacted regarding next steps! **Job Description** As a Warehouse Associate , you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, managing goods, quality control, and utilizing computerized systems such as RF Scanners and ERP systems. **Responsibilities** + Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. + Process inbound and outbound shipments. + Load and unload pallets. + Pack shipping containers and/or product bags. + Ensure accurate inventory counts. + Track orders and document products. + Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including sit down, stand up, cherry-pickers, clamp and reach forklifts. + Receive product/material. + Shrink wrap product using a push button machine. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience. + Material handling. + Basic math skills. + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. + Proficient oral and written communication skills. + High school diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse manufacturing environment. + Forklift certification is a plus. + Mechanically inclined. + Ability to use a scale. + Willingness to get hands dirty. **Why Work Here?** We offer a highly competitive base pay with premium shift differentials of $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift.
