The Warehouse Associate position is an entry level role that is key for our Warehouse operations to achieve success. This position is vital to the continued operation of organization, as it ensures the accurate delivery of all hardware-based solutions. A typical day as a Warehouse Associate consists of picking, packing, shipping, verifying, checking in, labeling, and stocking customer products. The Warehouse Associate also is responsible to load outbound orders for our customers. Associates work closely with other warehouse employees to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped both safely and efficiently.
The role reports to the Knox or Ridge Warehouse Management and may report to the Knox or Ridge warehouse location depending on volume and business needs.

Load, unload inbound/outbound deliveriesDocument and properly label inbound inventory in AXOrganize stock and packages for receipt of completed purchase orders (PO)Verify orders and receipts for stocking and shippingSort receipts by zone and companyProcess orders in our shipping systemCreate packing slips and shipping labelsHelp to build and wrap palletized shipments(single/palletized)Pack orders to our customer’s standards and company ISO quality policiesSort, packing, processing outbound ordersFollow safety proceduresMaintain a clean and well organized work space Qualifications High school or equivalent educationMust be able to communicate (verbal/written) in EnglishKnowledge of operating a computer and navigate in a Windows based platform Required Skills Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to take direction and follow instructionsAbility to be detailed orientedAbility to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work independently or part of a teamAbility to show initiative to complete tasks without direct instructionAbility to understand and apply management feedbackAbility to demonstrate professional attitudeAbility to multi task and prioritize workExcellent communication skills(written/verbal)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
6 Months experience in warehouse roles or retail inventoryAbility to operate industrial power equipment (such as standup forklifts, electric Pallet jacks, or stock pickers)Experience with AX & WAX PackshipExperience with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Unique Requirements Overtime and weekend work are available, and may be required throughout the yearThis position is expected to frequently bend, lift, walk and stand for extended periods of timePosition requires the ability to move or lift up to 50lbs Additional Information The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 plus a quarterly bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
