POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for material transfers (receipt of stock, warehouse storage, stock disbursement), fill job pick lists, and inventory cycle counting.

Responsible for material transfers, including receipt of stock, warehouse storage, and stock disbursements Accurate filling of job and sales order pick lists and delivery of parts to production and/or shipping Assist as needed with daily cycle counts of inventory in the warehouse Assist in all warehouse functions, including but not limited to stocking shelves, packing boxes, loading and/or unloading trailers, shipping finished goods, and pulling stock for manufacturing Use all safety devices/tools to ensure safe operation Manage and perform daily cycle counts within Oracle Fusion Ensure accurate inventory transactions for production work orders Monitor and control inventory integrity Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner Operate forklift truck when necessary All other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, operations personnel, and all coworkers Basic understanding of inventory control procedures Proficient keyboarding skills Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision Ability to perform basic math calculations Must be detail-oriented Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to solve complex problems
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or technical school diploma or equivalent in relevant work experience required 1 year related experience using computerized inventory systems preferred Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred Must have valid driver license and be willing to travel to local offsite warehouse
