**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking multiple Warehouse Associates for various departments. This is a mid-level position with competitive hourly rates depending on skills and experience. Ideal candidates will have assembly experience, be mechanically inclined, and possess proficiency with hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Foaming: Entry-level, lifting up to 50 lbs, suitable for individuals with a roofing experience + Paneling: Entry-level, attaching panels to fully built machines, requiring some knowledge of hand tools. + Motors: Mid-level, installing motors into machines, requiring experience with hand tools and air ratchets, suitable for those with machine assembly experience or hobbies involving cars/boats/go-karts. + Palletizing: Entry-level, operating fork trucks to place finished machines on pallets, requiring attention to detail. + General Plant Laborer: Part-time, entry-level, responsible for emptying garbage, breaking down boxes, and sweeping floors. + Machine Wrapper: Entry-level, wrapping copper pipes with insulation, requiring the ability to follow directions and take notes. + Machine Wiring: Mid-level, wiring electronics, with wages dependent on experience. + Electrical Box Wiring: Wiring sub-assemblies, with prior machine wiring experience being a plus. + Blender Assembly: Assembling small tabletop blenders, requiring experience with hand tools. + Pre-solder: Entry-level, bending and pre-soldering copper tubing, with knowledge of soldering being a plus. + Soldering/Brazing: Entry to mid-level, requiring soldering and brazing skills, with an option for EPA certification. + Refrigeration: Mid-level, charging machines with refrigerant, requiring prior refrigeration experience, with an option for EPA certification. + Spot Welding: Entry-level, with training provided, suitable for individuals with some welding experience. + General Fabrication Laborer: Entry-level, familiarity with hand tools and welding is a bonus. + Parts Packer/Shipper: Entry-level, picking and packing parts for shipments, requiring attention to detail and teamwork skills. + Material Handler: Mid-level, experience with SAP or warehouse management systems is a plus. **Essential Skills** + Assembly experience + Forklift operation + Inventory management + General labor + Material handling + Unloading and loading + Packing and production + Proficiency with hand tools + Attention to detail + Reliability + Mechanical inclination **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined individuals with experience with hand tools usually catch on the fastest. **Why Work Here?** Join our close-knit team and enjoy a supportive work culture with no micromanaging.
