**Adecco is Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate Material Handler in Flower Mound Tx.** **Shift:** + Tue-Fri - 8am - 5pm and Sat 6 am- 2:30 pm **Pay Rate:** + $20/hour **Position Overview:** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks within the Distribution Center, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, product preparation, verification, shipping/manifesting, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned. The goal is to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Handle inbound and outbound activities, including inventory management and material movement within the warehouse. + Perform warehouse activities for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using Radio Frequency equipment. + Collaborate with co-workers and maintain a productive work environment. + Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, Operations Manager, and DCM. + Participate in improvement programs and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace. + Adhere to QSHE and security regulations, ensuring a safe and friendly work environment. + Manage accurate inventory through adherence to procedures. + Inbound activities may include receiving, checking, sorting, and storing products; unloading materials from trailers; verifying and marking inventory; palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. + Outbound activities include order preparation, picking, packing, processing, staging, and loading products. + Inventory activities involve managing inventory, cycle counting, and reporting discrepancies.
