Our client, a leading food grower and distributor in Oxnard, CA, is seeking a Sticker to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an essential operation while growing your skills in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Understand and execute various pallet configurations based on box types and stack units.Utilize supporting materials like corner boards, pallet wraps, or straps for secure stacking.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.Start shifts on time and complete tasks safely, efficiently, and promptly.Participate in safety and job-specific training sessions.Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or lead based on operational demands.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.Comfortable working in cold environments.Ability to lift, push, pull, and grasp items while standing and kneeling.Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
