**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Location:** Crozet, VA **Employment Type:** Temporary Full - Time **Pay Rate:** $14/hour **Job Summary:** We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Crozet, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the efficient and accurate operation of the warehouse. This is a key position that supports daily operations and ensures timely fulfillment of orders. **Responsibilities:** + Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. + Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requests. + Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining warehouse organization. + Load and unload shipments using manual or mechanical equipment. + Ensure product quality and accuracy by inspecting items before they are shipped. + Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. + Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime when needed. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today! **Pay Details:** $14.00 to $15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
