**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for finishing and final inspection of parts and preparation for shipping according to work instructions. **Responsibilities** + Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy + Remove slag via air gun and mallet + Steam clean pieces to ensure parts are free from dirt and chips + Dip parts into rust remover + Oil parts prior to packaging + Conduct final inspection of parts + Band work pieces and prepare for shipping + Build pallets and package boxes for shipment + Ensure accuracy of products + Print and label boxes/containers + Ensure quality of products before shipment + Read blueprints to ensure products have been completed accurately **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail + Inventory management + Picking and packing experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Visual quality inspection of parts + Final preparation and cleaning of products before shipment + General labor skills + Packaging experience + Inventory control **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Shipping experience + Experience with larger products **Why Work Here?** The company was recently purchased by a leading industry player and offers long-term opportunities for employees. The workplace is divided into two separate buildings and can be loud, dirty, and hot during warm weather and cold during winter. Employees will work in specific departments under a supervisor and set team. The facility includes large areas of CNC machinery, weld booths, and racking systems, and is undergoing upgrades. Steel-toe boots are required.
