**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position involves picking products using an RF scanner, filling customer orders, completing inbound receiving accurately, and processing shipment orders. Candidates will also work with parcel carriers, maintain records of all activities, build boxes, package, and prep for shipment, and assist with any additional warehouse duties as requested. **Responsibilities** + Pick products using an RF scanner and pick product by hand + Use a pallet jack or walkie rider as needed + Fill customer orders accurately + Complete inbound receiving and log all relevant information + Stock products as received + Process shipment orders efficiently + Work with parcel carriers and drivers + Maintain records of all activities performed + Build boxes, package, and prepare items for shipment + Assist with any additional warehouse duties as requested **Essential Skills** + Experience using RF Scanners + 6+ months of warehouse experience + Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs + Comfortable using computers **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience using an inventory program (e.g., SAP, Ship-it-Smarter) + Ability to read, write, and speak English + Prior warehouse experience + Understanding of class 2 medical facility guidelines with batch and lot control + Familiarity with FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to grow and learn in a supportive environment where employees can own their careers. Employees will work in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facility that is climate-controlled during both summer and winter. The warehouse is part of a larger building that includes offices and a production floor. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. As the facility is FDA-regulated, employees will need to wear gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks. The position includes hours from 7:00AM-5:30PM for the first two weeks, then switching to 8:30AM-5PM, with potential overtime depending on workflow. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
