Our client in Chambersburg, PA is looking to hire Warehouse Production Associates for their location. Prior experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus but not required. Responsibilities for this position involve working in a fast-paced production environment to ensure the efficient handling, packing, and repacking of eggs, accurately picking, preparing orders, and operating pallet jacks for material handling.

The Day-to-Day:

Operate on a production line to pack and repack eggs according to company standards.Pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.Safely operate pallet jacks to move materials and organize inventory.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Follow established processes and procedures to meet production and order fulfillment targets.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any challenges.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaAbility to work efficiently in a high-speed production environment.Experience operating pallet jacks (manual or electric).Strong attention to detail to maintain quality and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
