**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **PAY:$20** **Job Description** Our distribution center in New Brighton specializes in distributing cleaning products for large facilities. This role primarily involves handling our small parcel desk. The responsibilities include pulling orders to be sent out via FedEx, UPS, or LTL for 50% of the day, operating a cherry picker for 5% of the time, and printing labels at the shipping desk for FedEx and UPS for 50% of the time. **Responsibilities** + Pull orders to be sent out via FedEx, UPS, or LTL. + Operate a cherry picker to retrieve products from high racks. + Stand at the shipping desk to print labels for FedEx and UPS. + Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of Warehouse Associate experience, including order picking, shipping, and inventory. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with most products weighing between 15-30 lbs. + Consistent work history with no more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years. + Excellent computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping or ERP system. + Cherry picker or forklift experience. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in New Brighton,MN. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 16, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
