**General Production Worker** **Job Description** The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. **Responsibilities** + Provide optimum cooperation and communication to the assembly supervisor to ensure on-time and accurate shipments. + Pick orders, manually assemble orders, and package orders by following the work instructions. + Visually inspect parts and verify that the part numbers match the pick ticket. + Document any discrepancies on the pick ticket and notify the assembly supervisor. + Assist in other departments as needed (saw and deburr parts, help with cycle counts). + Use hand power tools, operate a hoist, hydraulic press, banding machine, and forklifts. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. + Prepare parts for future shipments (bundle teeth, box sets of teeth). **Essential Skills** + Ability to use hand power tools. + Operate a hoist, hydraulic press, banding machine, and forklifts. + Must be able to lift 70 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds. + Ability to stand on your feet for seven or more hours. + Ability to work independently. + Attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to lift 70 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds. + Ability to stand on your feet for seven or more hours. + Ability to work independently. + Attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive compensation package, including health benefits effective on the date of hire, a generous 401(k) match and profit sharing, education reimbursement, and annual bonus potential.
