**Warehouse Associate** **Pay: $17 - $20/hour** **Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift** **Responsibilities** + Operate a cherry picker to pull and transport products within the warehouse. + Ensure accurate order selection and timely fulfillment of orders. + Handle products ranging from 2 lbs to 75 lbs. + Utilize wire guidance systems to navigate close racks safely. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Participate in productivity reporting and monthly performance reviews. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker in a large distribution center. + Experience with wire guidance systems is a plus. + Strong work history with no more than 4 jobs in 5 years. + Punctuality and reliable attendance are crucial. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a large distribution center of 100,000 sq ft or more. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Good communication and teamwork skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
