Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks by hand or with a pallet jack. They will take the product from pallets and load them onto a Universal Load Device (ULD), a thin metal pallet designed for airplanes. Employees will be moving, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. For items above 50 lbs, team lifting with help from other team members will be necessary. Once the pallet is loaded onto the ULD, they will secure the products with a net, which sometimes may require untangling.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks by hand or using a pallet jack.Transfer products from pallets to Universal Load Devices (ULD).Secure products on ULDs using nets, ensuring they are untangled if necessary.Perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs and team lift for items above 50 lbs.Engage in moving, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 70 lbs.Great attendance record.Ability to work effectively in groups.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with pallet jacks.Experience building crates for airplanes.Previous experience with logistics companies such as UPS or DHL.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, organized, temperature-controlled warehouse with high ceilings. You will be part of a team of around 10-12 people and will work strictly in one area. The other side of the warehouse handles picking and packing, but you will not be required to work there. The role involves strictly warehouse packing and palletizing, and temps are unable to use forklifts.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
