Warehouse Associate is responsible for finishing and final inspection of parts and preparation for shipping according to work instructions.

Work Environment

Our client currently has 120 employees but is looking to expand rapidly to three total shifts. The facility is older and split into two separate buildings. It can be loud, dirty, and hot during warm weather, and cold during the winter months. Employees will work in specific departments with a supervisor and set team. The facility includes large areas of CNC machinery, weld booths, and racking systems, and efforts are being made to upgrade the facility. Steel-toed boots are required. The first shift operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dyer, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.40 - $22.60
