Job Details:

We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves fulfilling customer orders, providing on-site counter assistance, and maintaining stock in an organized manner. You will also engage in various warehouse duties including the use of hand and power tools, and reading a tape measure for cutting parts to size. Training will be provided for hose identification and on-site fabrication. Your main objective will be to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill orders based on pick tickets for customer pick-up or shipment.Assist customers on-site to determine the best products for their needs.Display merchandise and suggest selections that meet customer needs, emphasizing quality and utility.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Discuss the use and features of various hoses and products, making recommendations based on customer needs.Resolve or escalate inventory issues or customer concerns to management.Prepare sales orders or quote requests.Maintain stock in an organized manner on shelves or in proper locations.Uphold environmental health and safety standards.Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

Experience in warehouse operations, no forklift experience required.Ability to use hand and power tools.Proficiency in reading a tape measure.Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools and run equipment such as saws and crimpers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Practical knowledge of warehouse data processing, paper flow, and operations procedures.Ability to lift and move over 50lbs.Able to provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
