**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including RF scanning, organizing inventory, and operating hand held scanners and shrink wrap machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor and material handling tasks + Manage inventory control, loading, and order picking + Use RF scanners and hand held scanners for tracking and organizing inventory + Shrink wrap pallets and load them onto trucks manually or with material handling aids + Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance + Operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment + Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time + Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down inclines and stairs + Read and write in English to process incoming and outgoing orders + Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine box locations **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor and material handling + Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse inventory management + Ability to use RF scanners and hand held scanners + Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. + Experience with loading pallets and using shrink wrap machines + Physical stamina to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods + Proficiency in reading and writing in English **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work without assistance + Balance and stability on ladders + Experience operating hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team where your contributions are valued.
