**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Shift:** Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in shipping and receiving tasks within a warehouse environment. **Responsibilities:** + Manage warehouse inventory, including packing and general labor. + Handle materials using RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Perform shipping and receiving tasks. + Palletize items and load/unload shipments. + Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management. **Essential Skills:** + Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving. + Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Experience with RF scanners. + Ability to operate a pallet jack. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ability to push or pull a loaded pallet jack and/or hand truck. + Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, walking, lifting, twisting, and turning. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. + Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with others. + Capability to work independently or in a team setting. + Experience working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities. + Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. + Ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: + Weekly pay + Medical, dental, and life insurance + Short-term disability insurance + PTO/sick time + 401(k) retirement plan with company match + Verizon discounts **Work Environment:** + Fast-paced manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art equipment. + Primarily independent work in the fabrication department, with occasional collaboration. + Requires standing or sitting for 8 hours at a time and performing repetitive tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
