**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable candidate with past warehouse experience who is looking to eventually move into a Warehouse Manager role. The position involves performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Perform cycle counts, transfer stock, and consolidate locations. + Unload trailers using a sit-down forklift. + Perform product put away. + Utilize paper pick sheets to pick products from the part aisle and pack them. + Utilize ERP (Quickbooks) to process packages. + Assist with basic assembly tasks such as fastening hardware. **Essential Skills** + Experience with sit-down forklift operation. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks. + Ability to perform picking and packing duties. + Inventory management skills. + Experience using a computer for tracking, printing labels, and other inventory control tasks. + Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a smaller team. + Ability to assist with various duties as needed. + Comfortable with a range of warehouse management tasks. **Why Work Here?** We offer a friendly and engaging work environment with several benefits, including summer outings to places like Top Golf, Christmas work parties, and Friday grill-outs with hot dogs and hamburgers if work is caught up.
