Warehouse Associate
**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt of inbound material into inventory and pulling and preparing raw and finished goods for both production and shipment to customers. **Responsibilities** + Receive inbound material and non-inventory purchase orders, verify contents, and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments. + Record the receipt of material into company ERP system. + Transfer material to incoming quality inspection and/or stock in appropriate warehouse. + Organize and maintain stock shelves and warehouse in a clean, orderly fashion. + Pick inventory and prepare as required for production. + Pack and ship outbound product to customers. + Accurately prepare appropriate paperwork for domestic and international shipments. + Perform daily cycle counts and/or other inventory counts as required. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. + Perform all duties to comply with company and ISO procedures. + Participate in department, site, and company-wide initiatives. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or G.E.D. + Minimum 1-2 years shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. + Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds. + Light computer and data entry skills required; SAP experience preferred. + Knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, SAP/ERP interface) preferred. + Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking environment. + Experience using pallet jack and/or forklift. + Strong attention to detail in a warehouse environment. + Takes ownership and accepts accountability for work completion and quality. + Team player with initiative to improve processes and procedures. + Overtime may be required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read, write, and converse effectively in English required. + Attention to detail is key - candidates must read batch numbers and ensure they are correct. + Ability to move material from racks manually. + Proficient in entering data, creating shipping documents, and scheduling pick-ups. **Why Work Here?** We offer an attractive benefits package including 3 weeks paid vacation, 7 days paid sick time, 11 paid holidays, 2 paid floating holidays, 1 paid community service day, and a 401K match 100% up to 6%.
