**Adecco is looking for Shipping & Receiving Associates! - Southeast Columbia** **Pay: $18.00 per hour** Looking for Temp-Hire opportunity in order to gain valuable experience? Join our team as a Warehouse Associate! This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work. **What You Will Do:** Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and work instructions to assemble components. Responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and disassemble components. **Required Duties and Responsibilities:** Must have light industrial or mechanical background. • Must have 2-5-year experience in mechanical background and skill set for operating specialized tools. • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies • Disassembles components by utilizing hand and power tools • Cleans and buffs components • Wash components in solvent and run parts through parts washer • Blowout parts to remove solvent and dirt **Skills:** + Proficient in the use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools. + Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. + Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. + Knowledge of machine testing procedures + Knowledge of basic mechanics.
