Warehouse Associate
The SAGE Warehouse Associate provides continuous support to production and contributes to the efficiency in which it is managed. This position involves using forklifts and other heavy machinery to load/unload trucks/trailers and to move materials about the facility as necessary. This candidate is responsible for continuous improvement to 5S within the Warehouse, removal of scrap materials from production, staging of inventory for production batches and adhering to the SAGE established safety regulations. Shift Information: + Monday-Friday + 10AM-6PM CT Essential Duties: + Pulling orders for delivery, pickup/delivery of raw materials for production and removing scrap + Loading, unloading, verifying in-stock orders and SAGE customer orders prior to shipment departure + Loading and unloading vendor and common carrier vehicles + Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned + General forklift maintenance and reporting maintenance necessities + Using computer/scanners to move/locate materials via inventory software. + Participates, as required, in the shared responsibility for all product safety and compliance, as required by Saint Gobain **Requirements** + High School Diploma/ Equivalent (Required) + Previous Warehouse Experience (Preferred) + Forklift Experience (Preferred) + Computer data entry experience (Preferred) + Previous manufacturing experience (Preferred) Certain locations require pay information to be provided in job postings.
