**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play an integral role in our production line operations, handling materials, and ensuring quality control for small metal parts used in Toyota vehicles. Our facility features large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines. **Responsibilities** + Operate production line machinery + Push carts of product and move materials around the facility + Perform lifting and manual labor tasks + Conduct visual and physical inspections for quality assurance + Communicate and organize material handling tasks + Perform repetitive, non-stationary roles with high attention to detail + Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company policies + Read diagrams and follow instructions for quality checks + Document and report inspection findings + Perform calibration and maintenance on inspection equipment + Engage constructively with team members and leaders **Essential Skills** + High attention to detail + Strong initiative and attendance record + Ability to lift up to 33 pounds repeatedly + Ability to stand and walk for long periods + Experience in a fast-paced environment + Effective communication and organizational skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production + Skills in handling materials, assembly, order selecting, inventory, and quality assurance + Ability to lift items overhead repeatedly + Experience with pallet jacks and general labor tasks **Why Work Here?** We offer a great family-oriented culture that celebrates birthdays and other occasions. Collaboration with team members is encouraged to ensure smooth operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.75 - $16.80/hr.
