**Job Title: Warehouse Associate (17/hr)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials in a busy warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** + Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. + Handle shipping and receiving duties. + Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment. + Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels. + Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. **Essential Skills** + Experience in a warehouse setting. + Proficiency in inventory management. + Ability to handle material handling equipment. + Competence in shipping and receiving processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. + Any past warehouse experience is an asset. + Ability to drive and manage warehouse operations efficiently. **Why Work Here?** We are a company that values promoting from within and offers a supportive and family-oriented work environment. The role offers a competitive hourly wage, with potential increases for the ideal candidate. The warehouse operates Monday to Friday, with no Saturdays except for one annual cleaning day. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans or shorts, t-shirts, jackets, and closed-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chubbuck, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
