The Warehouse Associate is responsible for day-to-day processing of all incoming shipments, inventory and non-inventory transactions as well as other operationally supportive tasks. This supports our manufacturing and engineering teams as well as our departments expecting the incoming materials. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is part of the Operations team located in Burnaby, BC and will be an on-site role. What you'll do: + Process daily transactions as required, physically putting items away and transacting them in the ERP; processing RMA’s and Nonconformance items in the ERP. + Cycle count inventory, physically verify quantity and item, entering count data into the ERP, investigating count discrepancies and communicating with Manager when high value inventory issues arise. + Receive incoming orders, check accuracy of quantity and item, enter information into the ERP, ensure orders are received in order of delivery/priority, problem solving issues on the fly and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. Who you are: + 3+ years experience in a warehousing setting. + Previous ERP & MS Office (Intermediate Excel skills) + Someone who utilizes critical thinking and strong communication skills via daily management. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Valid Counterbalance forklift ticket. + Ability to lift 35+lbs. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Inventory control The salary range for this role is $45,000- $55,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
