**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** The warehouse associate/reach truck operator will be responsible for picking orders, delivering materials throughout production, and staging the production floor. **Responsibilities** + Locate material in the computer system + Conduct cycle counts + Pick material from the shelves with reach and cherry picker + Load and unload trucks as needed + Troubleshoot issues with inventory + Ensure incoming material is not damaged by conducting visual inspections of boxes **Essential Skills** + Forklift experience (reach or cherry ideal but not required) + Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs + Basic math skills + Basic knowledge of inventory systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP and digital inventory is a plus **Why Work Here?** We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits once permanent. The working environment includes operating forklifts and RF scanners. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.15/hr.
