Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Location:** Davie, FL **Pay Range:** $18.00/hr **What's the Job?** + Move raw material in the warehouse using forklifts and clamp trucks. + Unload and load tractor trailers in a safe and productive manner. + Locate products from inbound trucks and rail cars in the warehouse and stage them using a computerized system. + Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete quality checks on materials before shipping. + Assist in daily housekeeping of the facility to eliminate cross-contamination. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 3-5 years of forklift experience is needed. + Previous experience in manufacturing, construction labor, or general labor is strongly preferred. + Bilingual: English and Spanish is strongly preferred. + Ability to lift between 50 to 75 lbs repetitively without assistance. + Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment and be comfortable with dust. **What's in it for me?** + Growth and pay progression opportunities available. + Work in a spacious 70,000 sq ft facility. + In-person interview includes a facility tour. + Company provides safety vests for all employees. + Regular Monday to Friday schedule from 6 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
