Warehouse Associate
**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving inbound freight, processing and shipping outbound orders, and light assembly. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform day-to-day operational warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and utilizing handheld tools. + Complete accurate data entry by using multiple computer systems and programs. + Operate material handling machinery including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts. + Stock and move material correctly throughout the warehouse. + Maintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory. + Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. **Why Work Here?** We offer a market-competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive a $75 annual bonus applied toward mandatory steel-toe boots. **Work Environment** The warehouse is a smaller, well-lit setting with a group of 8-10 individuals. You will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. The working hours are 1st shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
