Your Role at KIK

     Warehouse Associate- This role is for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Receive, inspect, process, and store a variety of pool/spa supplies. Verify receipts and packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy, perform follow-up procedures on orders, and report damages, shortages, and discrepancies.  Receive incoming inventory items and log into warehouse system, and stocks inventory in the proper location.  Receive, store, organize and rotate stock utilizing proper storage methods and procedures.  Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner.  Conduct daily equipment inspection to ensure safe operation of equipment, safe work environment for employees, and compliance with all OSHA and company regulations. Load outbound shipments. Follow picking bin order and reports inventory errors.  Operate stretch wrapper and electric pallet jack.  Report inventory movements using RF scanner.  Inspect picking pallets and confirms picking accuracy. Perform additional duties as needed 

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Warehousing. High school diploma or equivalent.  Ability to effectively manage time and meet all necessary deadlines. Knowledge in use of RF Scanner  Accuracy and attention to detail a must Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate in English Ability to follow oral and written communication from lead, supervisor and/or manager Experience using an electric pallet jack and electric and propane forklift preferred, stand-up forklift and stock picker a plus Ability to continuously lift 50 lbs.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a pay range starting at $23.00/hr.  plus, a quarterly incentive bonus.  The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
