Position Summary Heath is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support by maintaining stock, providing packaging support, and preparing and receiving transfers while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols to ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities + Assist in unloading trucks and receiving merchandise, ensuring all packing slips are provided to the Warehouse Lead + Report any inventory discrepancies or damages  + Maintain accurate inventory balances through proper documentation and communication  + Support weekly stock transfers by pulling, auditing, and packaging items as required  + Ensure all products are packaged to specification and meet Heath’s quality control standards  + Assist with tile samples, tile shipments, and dinnerware transfers  + Assists in the shipping department during peak periods  Qualifications + Desire to work in a warehouse environment and be hands-on + Excellent people skills: patient, flexible, and calm + Strong written and verbal communication skills  + Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)  + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols  + Forklift certification is a plus  Physical Requirements (Medium to Heavy) + The ability to transport finished goods (up to 30 lbs. at a time). + Other activities, including climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, repetitive motion, grasping, and feeling.                    Work Environment/ Hours / Compensation This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position based at our Warehouse and Shipping center in the Mission District. The standard working hours are 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.  Only local candidates will be considered. Benefits We are committed to your health and well-being.
