Our client in the Baltimore, MD area is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. This role is vital to ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and processing shipments using RF scanning technology. The Day-to-Day:

Verify accuracy of shipments and properly package orders.Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking, and labeling boxes.Pick, pack, and process orders efficiently.Utilize RF technology for order processing.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with SOP and work instructions.Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.Complete necessary RF device training to obtain required profiles.Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.Re-palletize products for shipment as needed.Perform dock manifest duties, including scanning completed pallets and operating the shrink wrapper.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.Previous experience in warehouse operations and order picking using an RF scanner.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and processing orders.Effective communication skills with both customers and management.Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Forklift experience (sit-down forklift) is a plus but not required.
