Role Summary-
Executes the receiving, storing, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for assembly/manufacture of product.
Responsibilities-
Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or fork liftsPicks parts/products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantityPhysically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departmentsCreate and/or maintain transactional inventory recordsMaintain accurate files of packing and shipping activityCommunicate/notify appropriate personnel of shipping/inventory discrepanciesFill kits and deliver to production as requiredMaintain stocking/inventory objectivesQuantifies and verifies cycle countComply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policiesPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedPerform warehouse distribution duties in compliance with current GDP as per annual GDP Training and local proceduresQualifications-
High school Diploma or local equivalentDemonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local languageProficient in basic mathematicsAbility to communicate well and work with othersBasic computer skillsAbility to consistently liftAbility to utilize automated lifting equipmentQuality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
