**Warehouse Associate *Weekly Pay*** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves learning and executing all warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, product assembly, and maintaining warehouse conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow into roles such as shop technician, service technician, or other positions within the company. **Responsibilities** + Assist shipping staff in preparing ground and truck shipments. + Support receiving staff by checking in and putting away incoming shipments. + Collaborate with the technician team to assemble, test products, and prepare them for shipping. + Maintain warehouse conditions by keeping assembly areas clean, organizing shelving, and putting inventory away. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience + Inventory control + Shipping and receiving + Material handling + Assembly and production experience + Ability to operate a pallet jack + Experience in a warehouse or industrial environment + Ability to work independently with minimal direction **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values growth and offers opportunities for career advancement. It can be loud and is not temperature controlled. The facility is older, providing a unique work setting. The job allows for independent work and requires minimal direction. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
