Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, storing, picking, packing and distribution of products within the warehouses. Their duties will include loading/unloading trucks, organizing and verifying incoming products and preparing outgoing products for transfer or shipment. This person reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for inventory receiving and warehouse put away of incoming productResponsible for picking, packing and transferring product to internal and external customersLoads and unloads trucks as new product arrives, and outgoing transfers are completedPicks, packs and ships all product that is a part of the ABG request processFulfills the rental restocking request process including picking correct product, organizing transfers and ensuring all returning equipment is properly received, organized and rackedResponsible for safely operating warehouse equipment which may include pallet jacks, freight elevators and dock liftsAlways maintains a clean, healthy and organized environment/workspace across all warehouses and warehouse propertiesOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail-orientedAbility to learn in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work both independently or in a team environmentAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction wellAcceptable appearance and demeanorAbility to be a team playerAbility to create an excellent customer and team experienceGood time management skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of timeRegularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfacesMust be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
