Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associate / backup driver to join our New Hyde Park team! We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.

Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.

This position is mainly warehouse responsibilities with the ability to act as a backup driver (box trucks) as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.Pull and stage orders for shipmentOrganize InventoryCycle CountMaintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehiclesLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans)Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)
Requirements :Box Truck experience required (16-18 ft or larger). No CDL required.Current, valid, and clean NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)1+ years of warehouse experience requiredExperience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certificationAbility to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 poundsAbility to follow processes, procedures, and policies Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learnAbility to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsForklift experience a plusExperience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour
