The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehousing tasks that can include pick, pack and process orders to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple computer systems & databases.
Your Tasks
• Assemble components according to the pick/pack list
• Work to company established procedures
• Work with Management to ensure an accurate, timely, and satisfying order experience for all accounts
• Material handling (i.e. construct shipping cartons, wrapping, and palletizing)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure high level of quality control at all steps
• Ensure that all Inspection Documentation is maintained
• Order and proof the re-prints of books, letters, and other fulfillment materials printed by POD
• Ability to learn and understand multiple computer systems
• Lifting up to 15lbs
• Reports equipment malfunction to Lead or Manager
• Work with other production staff to ensure a smooth flow of products
• Work with Fulfillment Manger to maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to the company’s Quality Policy Statement and participates in the Quality Management System
• Report all injuries and accidents to Lead or Manager
• Pick order using scanner
• Shift: 1st Shift - Weekends and Overtime required
Your Profile
• Extent Flexibility, Require to stand long periods
• Bi-lingual (a plus)
• Repetitive motion with hand and arms. Have good hand and eye coordination.
• Must be fast and accurate
• Basic math counting skills
• Safe work practices
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Internet Explorer a plus
• Ability to commute to: Ontario, CA
