**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** The person in this position will work as a Production Worker. The job involves loading and unloading trucks, staging for shipments, moving products with a sit-down forklift, correctly labeling products, and some chemical filling. This plant manufactures and distributes chemicals used in industrial products, food manufacturing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The person in this position may have to fill totes, clean them, scrape off labels, and re-label them. Additional tasks include completing manual fills, staging for shipment, and using a forklift to load and unload trucks. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload trucks + Stage products for shipments + Move products using a sit-down forklift + Correctly label products + Fill totes and clean them + Scrape off labels and re-label totes + Complete manual fills + Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in a production environment, GMP regulated preferred + 1+ years of forklift experience + Ability to read a tape measure + Ability to follow instructions and take orders + Strong safety orientation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation + Packaging and inspection + Materials handling + Warehouse experience + General production knowledge **Why Work Here?** This is a full-time position with potential for increased hours when brought on directly.
