Your responsibilities will include safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, store, relocate, stack, and count inventory within the distribution center. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack) to move goods and materials within the warehouse.Load and unload trucks, move products to and from storage areas, and ensure the proper stacking of goods to prevent damage.Assist with inventory control by verifying the accuracy of shipments and performing periodic counts of goods to ensure accurate inventory records.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques.Perform routine checks on forklifts and material-handling equipment to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.Maintain accurate records of material movements and assist with the completion of shipping and receiving documents as needed.Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely and efficient operations. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one) is required.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent hand-eye coordination.Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures and environments.Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.Must be able to pass a Security Threat Assessment  Benefits and Perks: $16-$18.00 HourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A global logistics company based in the U.S., we provide customized supply chain solutions through a network of over 340 locations in more than 100 countries. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16-$18.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
