Invest in your future and become a stakeholder by purchasing company shares at a 15% discount twice annually.  401(k) Match: Ensure a secure future with fairmatching of your retirement contributions.  Paid Leave: Recharge and find work-life balance, flexible parental leave for quality family time, generous sick leave, and enjoy paid time off, company holidays, and floating holidays to unwind and pursue personal interests. $150 Annual Safety Shoe Allowance Paid Training and Advancement Opportunities: Open doors to exciting possibilities by engaging in our dynamic learning programs, which include the opportunity to earn valuable certifications.    What you will do: Safely operate industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, dock levelers, ladders, safety equipment, mixing equipment, pallet wrapping tools, and hand tools Maintain inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing inventory Ensure the safe storage of paint tint materials Identify, eliminate, and formally report all observed hazardous or unsafe conditions Maintain the warehouse facilities’ clean and orderly appearance Conduct warehouse inventory twice a year on a prescheduled weekend basis Order warehouse supplies, including strapping tape, shipping labels, and paper goods for general use Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE What you will bring: Minimum 1 year paint store experience; color matching is a plus Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel is preferred Possesses excellent communication, time management skills, and multitasking capability. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction Must be physically able to lift 65 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders Ability to stand for an extended period Salary Range: USD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Hr.
