2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Competitive Pay: $15.08 per hourOpportunity for Pay Increases: Upon contract completion & client conversion, you'll receive a $1.00/hour raisePaid Weekly: Direct Deposit or Pay Card optionsFull Time: 40 hours per week + overtime as neededAffordable health and insurance after just 30 days: includes $5 copays, $5 prescriptions and FREE telehealth servicesContract-to-Hire: NO temps here—with Ōnin, you are a Teammate from day one! What You'll Do as a Warehouse Auditor:

Conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.Inspect goods for damage and defects, and monitor quality throughout the warehouse.Analyze warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement in speed and accuracy.Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have proven experience in quality control, warehouse auditing, or both within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environmentHave sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyHave trong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyHave a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.May need to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repeatedly carry 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
