Position Purpose The Warehouse Billing Specialist will work to ensure complete, timely, and accurate billing for the warehouse. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Manage invoicing and credits for warehouse operationsCollaborate with warehouse staff to collect information for accurate billingRespond to customer emails regarding invoice disputes and issuesVerify invoice accuracy and distribute invoices to customers via email or mailMonitor inventory and perform adjustments as necessaryResearch vendor invoices to determine freight costsOther duties as assigned Qualifications 2 years of experience in a professional office settingStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to communicate professionally and effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (basic to intermediate level)Solid numerical aptitude to support basic accounting functions Preferred Qualifications  Completed, or partially completed associate’s degree.Previous experience with some type of accounting software.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
