**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** This position involves operating one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment, including tasks such as moving raw materials to the production line, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, or packaging products. You will also be responsible for removing damaged products or supplies as needed, handling production, package, and flavor changeovers, and maintaining required product inspection processes. The role requires performing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency. + Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow. + Ensure package and product quality. + Perform preventative maintenance. + Operate all manufacturing equipment (including new technologies) efficiently and safely. + Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift. + Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices. + Expedite repairs to line, working with maintenance as necessary. + Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations. + Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere. + Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. **Essential Skills** + Experience with high-speed production lines. + Experience with pallets, including forklift operation. + Experience operating packing and filler machines. + Experience operating a palletizer. + Ability to read blueprints and production schedules. + Experience with computers in a manufacturing setting. + Knowledge of sanitization procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Experience with minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with experience in general production and warehouse packing. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy an early morning shift starting between 6 am - 7 am with potential overtime and weekends off. This position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly over long periods.
