**Job Title: Warehouse Cargo Handler** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks by hand or with a pallet jack. They will take the product from pallets and load them onto a ULD (Universal Load Device), which is essentially a thin metal pallet designed for airplanes. Employees will be moving, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day and can lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. Anything above 50 lbs will be a team lift, and candidates will have help from other team members. Once the pallet is loaded onto the ULD, they will take a net and attach it over the top of the products to secure them. Sometimes the nets can be tangled, and candidates will need to be okay spending the time to untangle them. **Hard Skills** + palletize + warehouse + heavy lifting **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Illinois. **Work Environment** Clean, high ceilings, organized, temperature-controlled warehouse. Around 10-12 people in the warehouse. Candidates will work strictly in one area.
