Meijer is hiring order selectors for our Grand Rapids warehouse located at 2725 Walker Avenue N.W., off from 3 Mile and Walker Ave, next to the corporate office.  This is a General Merchandise operation sourcing non-food items, such as apparel, shoes, and pet supplies, to our stores. 

This is a first shift operation...

Pay:

Starting Wage $18.45Performance Based Incentives – make up to an extra $250 per month

Schedule:

First Shift schedule Mon – Fri, 6:00 am – 4:00 pmWill offer flexible scheduling – 6, 8, or 10 hours workdaysOvertime opportunities available

Benefits:

Drive a mid-rider pallet jack to designated selection locationsAccurately hand-select product from selection locationsPlace labels on correct productsBring completed assignment to designated loading areaFollow established inventory control practicesEnsure building sanitation standards are consistently metMaintain a good work and attendance recordEffectively communicate with team members to build and sustain working relationshipsPractice 200% safety accountability to yourself and your teammates

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of ageHigh School diploma, GED, or equivalentPass a pre-employment drug screenComfortable driving equipment (training will be provided)
