Our client in Swedesboro, NJ is looking to hire a Warehouse Clerk for their location. The ideal candidate will need at least 3 years of experience as a warehouse clerk or similar jobs. Responsibilities include receiving returned products from customers, examining them for various types of damage, and ensuring that the shipping department resolves the issues before resending them.

The Day-to-Day:

Keeping inventory records of all items in stockVerifying each order's specific information, such as the shipping date, preferred method of shoppingPreparing packages for shipping and sending them to customers while following company proceduresPlacing labels on outgoing products according to company policies, with elements like barcodes to help customers identify their packagesMaintaining communications with third parties, such as manufacturers and suppliers, and receiving new merchandise from themUnpacking items that manufacturers and suppliers send to the warehouse and storing them following company protocolsUsing computer software to track inventory items incoming and leaving the warehouseInteracting with customers to provide order status

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent3 years of experience as a warehouse clerk or similar jobsBilingual in English and SpanishAble to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.Good organizational and communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.00 /hrMonday to Sunday6:00 AM until finished
