**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a leading provider of flow solutions, we ensure the safe and responsible transport of fluids by supplying our clients with the best piping systems. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Unload all incoming shipments from trucks using a forklift or manually, checking for damage and shortages, and signing bills of lading noting any exceptions.
+ Handle products such as plastic piping and various pipe materials (fittings, etc.).
+ Place all received items on the designated shelves in the proper space.
+ Load outgoing shipments as required and assist with staging outbound shipments.
+ Document all received shipments and match them with open purchase orders for accuracy.
+ Receive returned materials and confirm with open RMA's for validity, ensuring all items (part numbers and quantities) are accurate.
+ Forward RMA documentation to the appropriate person along with bills of lading and packing lists. Place RMA material on the shelf until it has been released to stock.
+ Maintain a list of open and closed RMA's.
+ Assist with data entry of received goods as required.
+ Support other warehouse material functions as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to drive with a valid driver's license for valid company reasons.
+ Professional communication skills – verbal, written, and email.
+ Two or more years of experience working in a warehouse-receiving environment.
+ Forklift certification (if operating a forklift).
+ Proficient personal computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
+ Ability to discern various colors (wires, electronic components, etc.).
+ Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, occasionally up to 150 pounds with assistance.
+ Comfortable with heights for reaching higher bays.
+ Ability to read small printed words and numbers accurately.
+ Ability to bend, reach, carry equipment, tools, demo boxes, etc.
+ Capable of accessing small spaces.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with RF scanners and inventory control.
+ Ability to perform shipping and receiving duties.
+ Experience with packing, unloading, and loading shipments.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a brand-new distribution center that is climate-controlled with swamp coolers and insulation. The shift is Monday to Friday, starting at either 6am or 7am, with an 8-hour workday.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
