**Warehouse Clerk | Shipping & Receiving** **1st Shift | $22+/hr** **Overview** As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for running a team of 2 warehouse employees (with potential growth to 4). Responsibilities include all aspects of the warehouse such as shipping, receiving, inventory, and supplying production with material. Responsible for handling all paperwork, certification of production, packaging, on-time delivery, accuracy of orders, and specific labeling of products leaving the warehouse. You will need to track inventory levels inside the plant to ensure production always has enough material to run. The typical schedule will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of warehouse employees. + Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control. + Ensure production is supplied with necessary materials. + Handle all paperwork and certifications related to production. + Oversee packaging and on-time delivery. + Ensure accuracy of orders and proper labeling of products. + Track inventory levels to support continuous production. **Essential Skills** + Willingness to be hands-on with warehouse and production tasks. + 2+ years of forklift operation. + Understanding of Safety protocols and GMP environment. + Inventory control and material handling experience. + Experience with FedEx. + Lead experience preferred. **Work Environment** Clean, temperature-controlled environment. Current team consists of about 10 production/warehouse staff, with expectations to double. The facility has a strong smell of food, predominantly sweets, giving it a bakery and chocolate aroma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
